Antonino Buzzone and Peter Vass decided to create a web series based on the classic joke of "A Guy Walks Into A Bar". The two creators presented the project to Producer Alano Massi, who after seeing the potential of the series immediately decided to invest his time and money in the project. Antonino and Peter casted the talented comedian Brett Walkow as the bartender.
The jokes were released on youtube, http://www.youtube.com/guywalksintobar.
After a few weeks, the channel got a partnership with youtube and gained a good number of subscribers. The episodes were getting a lot of good comments and the viewers could not get enough, asking for more episodes. The creators and the producer decided that it was time to shoot season 2. The next season was shot in a summer location and a lot of great comedians were casted, people from the Laugh Factory and Groundlings.
The short and funny episodes are released on the channel every week. The series has an enormous success on youtube. Each episode gets thousands of views after being released and the channel currently has 1.5 Millions total views.
